Our Health Reimbursement ("HRA") services allow an employer to establish a Plan under IRC section 105 that allows employees to
pay for certain health care expenses on a tax free basis that are not covered by an insurance plan. The HRA is funded by the
employer and is typically used in conjunction with a high deductible health plan.

EBS Flex Card
EBS-RMSCO also offers our EBS Flex Card for immediate payment of HRA expenses directly to the provider.
Our Flex Card enables participants to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses wherever
MasterCard is accepted, from physician and dental offices to pharmacies and day care centers. The Flex
Card reduces the need to file claim forms and eliminates the need for the participant to pay cash for
the eligible expense and then wait for the HRA reimbursement check.
