EBS-RMSCO has been providing self funded Workers’ Compensation claims
administration services since 1981. We deliver highly cost-effective solutions
for our clients by determining the most efficient and appropriate funding
mechanism for Workers’ Compensation and Disability exposures. Through careful
review of excess and surety programs, we assess risk exposures and probabilities
of serious or catastrophic losses. EBS-RMSCO establishes reserves based on the
severity and estimated lifetime of the claims, and provides regular reports on
reserve adjustments. We also actively assist in the reduction of costs
associated with both the Workers’ Compensation and Disability Programs through
aggressive claims management, loss control/loss prevention programs, and
continuous program analysis.
